How do you ensure the freshness of the leis during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and moisture-retaining wraps to ensure your leis arrive vibrant and fresh. All orders are shipped via overnight or priority express to minimize time in transit.
How far in advance should I place my order?
To guarantee the availability of specific floral varieties, we recommend placing your order at least 7 to 10 days before your event. For large events or graduations, 2 weeks notice is preferred.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the delicate nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns. However, if your lei arrives damaged or wilted, please contact us within 4 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will provide a replacement or refund.
Can I customize the colors or flower types in my lei?
Absolutely! We offer custom designs for weddings and special ceremonies. Please contact our floral team directly through our 'Custom Order' page to discuss specific color palettes and traditional styles.
How should I store my lei once it arrives?
Keep your lei in its original packaging or a sealed plastic bag and place it in the vegetable drawer of your refrigerator (50-55°F). Avoid the coldest spots in the fridge to prevent petal browning.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States due to strict agricultural regulations regarding the transport of live plants and flowers across international borders.
